Custom Metal Stamping
Pilgrim Harp is a custom metal stamping company, and we run business a little differently. We do not stamp parts in-house. Instead, we manage stamping production through a vetted partner network of domestic and international suppliers, handling sourcing, tooling, quality, and logistics out of our headquarters in Avon Lake, Ohio.
Purchasing teams get one U.S.-based contact, not a stack of overseas factory relationships to juggle. Every program runs under the eye of Pilgrim Harp engineers and quality staff, with final inspection at our Avon Lake quality lab before parts move to your dock.

Precision Metal Stamping Capabilities
Our partner network covers most precision metal stamping methods that a purchasing team is likely to ask about. Some projects are 50-piece prototype runs. Others ship in the millions per year. We match each one to the supplier whose press tonnage, tooling library, and tolerance capability fit the part.
Capabilities include:
- Progressive die stamping for high-volume production runs
- Deep draw stamping for cylindrical and seamless geometries
- Precision blanking for tight-tolerance flat parts
- Fourslide and multislide stamping for complex bent and formed components
- Short-run and prototype stamping for engineering builds and bridge production
Standard forming operations supported across our network: punching, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining.
Materials and Secondary Operations
We source custom metal stampings in ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, and we coordinate secondary processing through the same partner base, so parts arrive ready for assembly or install.
| Common Alloys | Specialty / High-Strength Metals |
|---|---|
| Aluminum alloys | Brass |
| Carbon steels | Copper |
| Stainless steels | Titanium |
| High-strength specialty metals |
Secondary services coordinated through the partner network include deburring and hardware insertion, plus additional capabilities such as:
- Plating, anodizing, and bead blasting
- Painting and heat treating
- Machining and welding
Pilgrim Harp also runs full assembly and turnkey program management, so multiple components can ship as a single delivery.
Domestic Sourcing Metal Stamping with U.S.-Based Oversight
- Tooling risk
- Communication gaps
- MOQ overruns
- Inconsistent quality
Pilgrim Harp absorbs those headaches. Our domestic sourcing program pairs you with a vetted supplier base that we manage from RFQ through delivery, with U.S.-based engineers making the tooling and quality calls.
What domestic sourcing with Pilgrim Harp includes:
- Final inspection at our Avon Lake quality lab – Optical vision systems and CMMs verify dimensional and material conformity before parts ship, the dock-to-stock quality assurance promise
- Transparent tooling ownership – You always know where the tooling sits and who pays for what
- Dual sourcing as standard – If a supplier line trips up, production keeps moving
- Inventory hold and scheduled release – The large MOQs typical in offshore stamping do not bury your warehouse
- Flexible payment terms – Net 30, 60, or 90 depending on the program
Our domestic sourcing metal stamping program scales up or down with your demand, and you are never locked to a single factory. A one-off prototype build runs the same process as a multiyear production agreement, just at different volumes.
