| Investment Casting | A wax replica of your intended part is coated in your desired melted material and given time to harden. Once solid, your desired metal is poured into the shell to create the part. Our custom investment casting services are ideal for complex parts. |
| Die Casting | Under extreme pressure, molten metal is forced into a specific die mold. The process fills the mold and cools quickly. Best for projects that need a larger volume of parts. |
| Sand Casting | The desired mold is built by placing a sand mixture around a physical part. Molten metal is poured into the empty mold; once cooled, the sand mold is broken up. Works well for heavier, low-volume components. |
| Permanent Mold | Typically made of iron or steel, manufacturers create a permanent mold that can be reused. Best supports medium or high-volume production. |
